March 25, beautiful run through City Park and Harrison Avenue - with a sample of Joe Palermo's roses at the On In.

Hi Hashers. Here's a few photos of a nice run which ended up on Scout Island where beer tastes especially nice, having been carried all that way out into the wilderness in the middle of the City of New Orleans. But the piece de resistance was Joe Palermo's beautiful rose garden at our concluding social, which yielded some roses that lasted almost a full week, and actually pleased my wife when I took them home, which is a considerable contract to her mood when I usually return from a Hash run. These proud parents sure know how to raise their kid to be a classic hasher - nothing but the best beer.

Okay, so the kid had a little too much to drink. Heinekin's a great beer.

These little cuties are delicate, just like the pedals of the following rose.

I just don't know what it is about roses and their pedals that tickles my fancy. Maybe it's their close resemblance to a particular part of a woman's anatomy.
